Create your account or start without one.

How do I create a Shopwiser account?

Creating an account is straightforward:

  1. Download Shopwiser from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. Open the app and head to Settings.
  3. Choose the email sign-in flow.
  4. Complete verification and return to the app.

You can also skip sign-in and use the app locally first.

Is Shopwiser free to use?

Yes. Core list planning and shopping features remain free to use.

How do I create my first shopping list?
  1. Tap the add button from the home screen.
  2. Choose a name, icon, and color.
  3. Create the list and start adding items.
Account management

Sign-in, email changes, and data removal.

How do I reset my password?

Use the email sign-in flow and request a new code from the sign-in screen if you cannot access your account.

How do I update my email address?

Open Settings and use the Change Email flow when signed in.

How do I delete my account?

Email privacy@shopwiser.io or use the in-app privacy and account controls. Account deletion is permanent.

Can I use Shopwiser offline?

Yes. The app is offline-first. Your list changes continue to work and will sync when connectivity is available.

How do shared lists work?

Open a list, go to List Settings, and manage collaborators from the shared list access area.

What settings can I customize per list?

You can adjust the icon, color, default store, section header behavior, price visibility, image visibility, and collaborators.
