Shopwiser aims to respond within 45 days.

Some information may be retained when legally required.

Opting out of data sharing

Shopwiser does not sell personal information. You can still limit optional data collection by disabling analytics in the app and using browser privacy controls on the website.

Limiting use of sensitive information
  • Adjust device permissions such as notifications or camera access.
  • Review privacy settings in the app.
  • Contact the privacy team directly for formal requests.
Analytics choices

Optional analytics can be disabled in the app under Privacy & Permissions. Website visitors can also rely on browser privacy controls.

Children's privacy

The service is not directed to children under 13. If you believe data has been collected from a child, contact Shopwiser immediately and we will investigate and remove it.
